BEACON (12 June 05) - On Sunday, June 12, 2005 at 19:01, a first alarm was transmitted for a report of smoke coming from one of the buildings in the Groveville Factory Complex. Upon arrival of 33-12, heavy smoke was visible from a one story 50x50 portion of the factory complex. Two lines were stretched and the fire was placed under control within an hour. No injuries were reported and the fire is being investigated by the City of Beacon Fire Investigation Division.
